The courts in the Chancery division are designed to handle simple disputes. Mostly. Even their highest court is not equipped, or independently legally authorised, to handle a dispute as complex as COPA v Wright.
@m_murfy The high court is shambolic and needs stripping down along with the corrupt judges.

Removing witness data from BTC transactions wasn’t innovation, it was sabotage. It broke the chain of digital signatures, undermining the integrity of Satoshi’s design. A protocol built on trustless verification deserves better. #Bitcoin #SatoshiVision #BSV #BTC.

When Bitcoin strays from Satoshi's vision, it risks collapse: high fees, limited scalability, and a protocol controlled by gatekeepers. The dream of peer-to-peer cash dies, replaced by greed and stagnation. Without truth, Bitcoin's future is at stake. #Bitcoin #SatoshiVision.

Imagine: Craig Wright wins against COPA, proving identity through legal evidence, not just cryptographic signatures. The narrative shifts, restoring focus on Bitcoin’s true purpose: peer-to-peer digital cash. Truth and the original protocol WILL prevail. #Bitcoin #SatoshiVision.
