The courts in the Chancery division are designed to handle simple disputes. Mostly. Even their highest court is not equipped, or independently legally authorised, to handle a dispute as complex as COPA v Wright.

Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto. It's quite clear, from all the evidence I've seen. But he is defending Bitcoin now, as an individual. As he has been prohibited by the UK courts from saying he is Satoshi. This is genuinely, a human rights issue at this point. If the court is.

Craig's appeal was denied. Opens up now the ability to appeal to the Supreme court. Not just the Intellectual Property Court, a division of London's High Court. Law is Law. Taking this to the highest courts in the UK is necessary.
