Attended a patient today with Altered State of Consciousness and Bloody Vomiting. Apparantly he took some medication from a Hakeem and ended up sick in Emergency. And have seen multiple patients with Liver Failure after Hakeem Medications. Na hakemoon ko sense hai na awaam ko.
