Public health speech for the ages. A complete legal free market for tobacco results in extremes of harm. The repeal of NZ’s legislation will generate short term $ paid for in lives lost.
If you watch one thing from the Smokefree Legislation debate today, watch Chlöe Swarbrick's contribution. How anyone with a conscience can vote in favour of repeal after hearing this speech is beyond my comprehension.
