Posted this - @Shutterfly replies to DM them, which I did…crickets. @UPS is worthless. Mind you I have utilized their chatbot “help” features to try to get help. I JUST WANT MY ORDER!! (UPS’s bot swears USPS has it, even though the last scan 8/7 was in their facility!)

Really wish @Shutterfly & @UPS could figure this out. I placed an order Aug 1. After it sat in Ohio for 22 days, Shutterfly said they would re-send it. That has never been picked up. (It’s also 0.14# less than the initial order.) I just want my order!
