$1.4B example of how dangerous dynamic function dispatch in blockchain runtimes is: something that looks like an innocent ERC-20 transfer can actually break your safe wide open. Move doesn't let you "blindly load the code from somewhere" nor does it allow another contract to.
Because the multisig wallet is upgradeable via a proxy contract, its contract has to load the code from somewhere. In the proxy's code, the proxy loads the actual multisig implementation from something called master copy. Where is master copy? At storage slot 0. The effect is
