Interview process for MANY of my trainees this year has been awful!Less than 24 working hrs notice of what to teach, making them wait days for an outcome with no communication&NO feedback if they haven't got the job despite asking (often several times!). Shocking! #edutwitter.

Wonderful weekend dancing at Blackpool Tower. being crowned Senior World Champions was the icing on the cake!What a wonderful group of people&teachers. Such a joy to share the amazing dance floor with them. had a blast! Might add World Champion to my email signature! Haha!

We have a music conference coming up &several people have told me their school won't let them out. I understand budget pressures but that 1 day could give that teacher a bit of passion& drive back as well as leading to better outcomes for pupils with cpd and new ideas. Baffles me.

Breaking my heart with my 9yr old stress over his multiplication check. He knows timestables really well but 6 SECONDS to answer each is awful&sends him in a spin (inc. finding numbers on the keypad)! Surely the correct answer in 20 seconds is just as valid?! Madness 😩.
