Sad that @strikingly is just another shady saas company that’s obviously struggling as it continues to charge customers for renewals without notification. Guess they need all the money they can get from innocent customers whose only fault is their credit cards work

How @QuickBooks "helps" customers troubleshoot its own bugs: ask for problem (5 min), confirm customer identity (20 min), refuse to help because of an error with its verification process (20 mins), after escalation, agree to help (5 mins). 50 mins to get started. Incredible.

It's been a whirlwind vaccinating 400+ seniors at TotalCare over the past month - here's my take on it:
statnews.com
Our practice has been so overwhelmed that we've had to seriously reconsider whether to continue the vaccination program. For smaller practices, offering Covid-19 vaccinations is utterly impossible.

Homebase is hands down the best shift scheduling app and I can’t imagine running a practice without it. Thank you @J_Waldmann for an exceptional product

Vaccine tied to drop in HPV cases still not reaching half of U.S. kids.. simple reason for this: vaccine costs providers $210 and many insurances pay $190 or less for it

We need to get back to medicine's collective true north, the patient-clinician relationship.

To anyone considering @healthnet insurance, save yourself a few dozen hours of effort to pay your premiums and pick another plan. Even if other plans are 5x the price next year, I'll gladly get anything but @healthnet.

Only @healthnet will blame their malfunctioning password reset feature, which has been broken for 5 months, on their users. "We are unable to replicate your error, so it is your problem." Am I the only one w/this problem? "No we have many users with this problem"

Not to mention - what am I paying @healthnet @Centene for? Oh, just about $200/month for the privilege of paying another $7,000 in the event that I actually need health care this year

To say @Centene @healthnet is the worst company on earth would be an understatement. You'd think that paying them for business would be easy. Instead, its portal locked me out, password reset hasn't worked for 3 months & calling for help took 1 hour + 5 transfers.
