Towers give Local Gold when destroyed to any allied Champion within 1200 range or within 2500 range if the allied Champion has attacked the Tower within 10 seconds (Herald does not give Local Gold)

First Item on Vi - The Thread:
Moving on to 13.1b, I have seen way too many Players buy Chempunk Sword on Vi without giving too much thought on whether the enemy has enough healing, so in this thread my intention is to highlight that Black Cleaver is better in a lot of cases.

Jungle Adjustments on the new Patch:
As per Patch 13.3, you can now get Level 3 by doing Red -> Wolves -> Blue. This can help save some time if you want to gank at level 3. (~4 seconds saved depending on the Champion, compared to doing Red -> Blue -> Gromp)

Minion Experience Range:
Whenever a Minion dies within 1600 Range your Champion gains Exp (Global if you Last Hit from afar)
Knowing this limit allows you to minimize damage taken from your Lane opponent given that he has to walk much further to harass you (1/3)

In yesterday's series between T1 vs GENG, 25 Minutes into Game 2 Aurelion Sol had stacked R, except the R didn't have the Shockwave because apparently Tahm Kench disabled it after eating ASol, which then leads to them getting rolled over.

Camera Control:
Drag Scrolling is the most efficient method of moving your Camera (for Short/Medium distances), given that it allows your Mouse to stay at the center of the screen and can move greater distances more quickly (compared to Edge Pan) at the cost of only 1 input

1) Normal: Shows range + Extra left click input
2) Smart Cast: No range + No additional input

Itemization:
If you have a "Full Build" but still haven't sold your Boots, you should always replace it with a Legendary Item that gives Movement Speed if the reasoning for not selling it is that you will be slower (Ghostblade for example gives about the same amount of MS) (1/3)

To make it more unpredictable and reduce the window for opponents to flash your R, 3 things that you can do:
1) Wiggle before ulting
2) Ult at the edge of the aoe instead of center

Just a small Shen optimization:
When you Leash the Top Side buff, use your Q at 1:25 so that you can use it again after your 3rd auto and get 2-3 more empowered autos, dealing 156-234 extra damage and speeding up your Jungler's clear by 2-4 seconds.

More Bugs in Competitive Play:
For those who don't know, the Jungle Plants have an RNG Spawn Timer. According to the wiki, Scryer's Bloom spawns between 3:00-3:30.
In the game MS Company vs Akroma in LFL2, 2 of the Plants spawned at 2:50 for some reason that I can't explain.

Chempunk Sword is a cheap item that has good base stats, but if you look side by side, both Items give AD / HP / AH, and on 13.1b, Black Cleaver's numbers are just better, so what differentiates them is the Passive, which in a lot of games Grevious Wounds is essentially useless.

Out of 30 replays that I've watched, in a lot of them Vi could've just bought Black Cleaver, while in others, the earlier ability to purchase Chainsword had no real impact because Vi immediately full cleared and recalled after, or got into clearly won or lost fights.

After filtering the games in which I thought the enemy team had almost no Healing, I compared the Passive Values with Black Cleaver. In ~15 games that the item was built, Black Cleaver's Passive Value is always between 800-2100, while Chempunk had 50-500 (on bad games).

I personally use it on Caps Lock (which can only be rebound to through the Client) due to its proximity to A and given that it's usually a dead key, but depending on your preference you can have it on a Mouse Side Button, for example

If the Stats are equal or better for Black Cleaver and depending on the game the Passive is clearly better, the remaining argument that could be made is that being 300 Gold cheaper means that you spike earlier and you can do things on the Map with the spike.

Before 13.3, doing Red -> Wolves -> Blue would leave you at 265/280 to Level 2, but since they buffed 5 XP per Camp, you get 15 XP more which puts you exactly at Level 3.

The implication of using this is that in many games you can guarantee kills on lane for as long as you're Level 6+ and the enemy has the health threshold to die in a combo (R + AA + W + Q + E + AA)
