There's no-one at the airport to help. @AerLingus is still not answering phone calls or responding to FB messenger. My assistant DMs through Twitter but there's no response. I'm in missing baggage limbo: a few thousand dollars worth of my clothes & personal items have vanished.

We can't get hold of @AerLingus so we can't report the bag missing, or file a claim on insurance, or get a Baggage File Reference number that would allow us to track the bag ourselves. On Day 4 I fly to the UK to work, but with no work clothes because they're in my missing bag.

My assistant and I spend more than 25 hours between us over three days trying to contact @AerLingus by Facebook chat and phone. Neither of us gets through: no-one responds and no-one answers our calls, even though we are both in the queue for hours at a time.

Here's my sorry tale of traveling with @AerLingus On Friday, my connecting flight through Dublin is canceled and I get rebooked on new flights. I arrive in Spain but my bag does not. It's 11pm & there's no one at the airport to help at baggage claim and no @AerLingus staff.
