May you be so enraged that you call your state and federal reps every day. Demand they fight ICE contracts, detention centers, and deportation pipelines. Make your voice impossible to ignore.

May you be so enraged that you show up to city council & county meetings. Demand your city stop cooperating with ICE. Demand sanctuary protections. Speak. Disrupt. Be heard.

Job growth data from the BLS was released today. In the breakdown of unemployment rates by ethnicity, month over month, Latinos were the most impacted, going from 4.8% in Jan to 5.2% in Feb., a relatively significant increase in unemployment by .4%.

We must say no to voucher scams for private schools that will only harm our students attending public schools. This is another pathway for the rich to continue to benefit from economic growth.

This is why it is important that we are pouring into our Texas public schools otherwise Texas families will find themselves on the losing end of this ecomonimic wave.

The pressure applied from the tariffs is forcing companies to rethink production outside the United States. With all of this infrastructure rerouted to the United States, we must ensure accessibility to the economic growth that will inevitably take place.

Apple and other technology companies are facing pressure from the implementation of Chinese tariffs. Trump enacted 25% tariffs during his first presidency, which remain, and he has added an additional 10% in tariffs.

Trump reiterated reciprocal tariffs for next week. Reciprocal tariffs are tariffs imposed from both countries. We now have economists fearing that Trump is willing to escalate economic warfare to levels never before seen. Stoking market drops, inflation and a recession.
