it goes the same for thumbnails. you see a game picture with a guy that has liquid that looks a little bit like blood on his mouth (blurred ofc), when you do the same (even just a very little bit) it gets refused for you and not for him.

and the crazy part? people are actually able to upload realistic weapons, as long as they don't get caught

and the worst is the human review that sometimes check your game by themselves to check stuff they've asked me to remove a weapon for "realism issues" meanwhile fortnite has more than 50 weapons more realist than the one I've imported

Content review is so messy. I've just took a strike because of a thumbnail that been there since the start of the game lol They're not even removing it from the version that is currently online, so people can still see it, even tough it's "not authorized to" as they say
