It's official...we're one year old! 🎉 Thanks to everyone who joined us for Night Light last night to celebrate the community we've built together. The celebration continues with more live music tomorrow: Heartland Flute Choir at 12 pm and Parfait at 2 pm. See you here!

It was a little too cold this morning to take the students to the zoo, so we ended up taking them to the @luminarium. I would say they had a blast!! Skills kick off tonight and competition matches start tomorrow!

Happy Pi Day! Due to the rain, Pi Day activities scheduled for today with The RiverFront team and other partners will be moved inside the Luminarium, kicking off with the Pi Day Parade at 1:59 pm. Join us this afternoon with the family or tonight for Night Light. See you soon!

We had a lovely time dissecting roses, uncovering the science behind smooches, and sampling chocolate treats in our Lovers Lounge during the first Chemistry of Love Night Light! Programming runs throughout February, so check it out during your next weekend or evening visit.

Our Maker Space recently featured Rhythm Blocks, where Luminators and guests connected battery-powered circuits to wheels on blocks in motion to drive a wooden mallet, producing a rhythmic beat. It was a hit, so we look forward to bringing it back in the future!

Heads up! Until September 15th, Riverfront Drive is closed from 8th Street to the Discovery Playground at Lewis & Clark Landing. If you're coming to visit the Luminarium, Fig., or the park, you can get here by taking Abbott Drive to Riverfront Drive.
