Beautiful C-Trap data reveals how the oncoprotein MYC promotes transcription!. With the ability to form DNA crossover and incubate in enzyme specific conditions, @CameronLabTokyo in IQB dives deep into MYC’s role in modulating transcription, providing insights into protein.
Theoretically, if an enzyme diffuses faster, then it should also find its substrate faster, thus increasing activity, right? Indeed, we can visualize that both in vitro and in cells, using the @LUMICKS_nl C-TRAP and our TOP2-CAD-seq method, respectively. 8/11
