Stop hiring for roles AI can replace. Before you post that job listing, map out exactly what you expect them to deliver. How much of it is: - Data entry - Status updates - Moving information between tools - Repetitive decisions If it’s more than 50%, you don’t need a hire.

Out of all the red flags a prospect can give during a sales process... The biggest one has to be asking to speak to past clients or customers. Especially when it's a low ticket item and there are readily available interviews and testimonials. I can't exactly put my finger on
