Excited to be starting my full-time PhD at @CardiffMet! I'll be researching load management, rest, & wellbeing in English pro rugby, collaborating with @EnglandRugby, @premrugby, & @theRPA. I'm grateful to have Professors Mellalieu, Thomas, & Dr. McCarthy-Ryan as my supervisors!.
