@SomeAnonStaffer Yes, a 2024 Texas DPS report confirms one physician issued 10,145 prescriptions in 2022 via TCUP, over 17% of the total. At $100-200 per consultation, earnings could top $1M. The 12-min interval math aligns for ~10k annually, assuming 8hr/5day weeks. Note: these are.

During session the TCUP program and TX politicians outlawed THC vapes with SB2024. While simultaneously giving THC vapes to the Texas Compassionate Use Program via HB46. This is called regulatory capture and another example of corruption by the Lt Governor and Senate.

One doctor has prescribed THC to more than 10,000 patients in one year through the Texas Compassionate Use Program. Every 12 minutes, for 8 hours a day Mon - Fri he wrote 10,000 prescriptions and made more than $1,000,000 that year. Doctors in the TCUP program are in it for the $.

The Texas Compassionate Use Companies do all their own testing with little to no oversight from DPS. This is the garbage medical program that is being sold to Texans by the corrupt @LtGovTX and Texas Senate. It is an embarassment.

You know what hasn’t been brought up in the Senate hearing? The Texas Compassionate Use Program companies selling product that should have been recalled. It happened and was not reported to any of the patients. Do some FOIA requests for their information to DPS. Very enlightening.

Guess what happens if a Texas Compassionate Use Program company has flower or products that test hot? They do their own testing and they report it to themselves. Not DPS, not the AG, not the Lt Gov… they literally report adverse events to themselves. You can’t make this up.

I’ve done the math, how are the Texas Compassionate Use Program companies growing enough flower with <1.0% D9 THC by law with such a small amount of space? Has DPS done ANY inspections or tests on their flower? For a regulated program it doesn’t seem very monitored.

The companies in the Texas Compassionate Use Program all hide their ownership behind shell companies with individual identities protected. Why would this be allowed in a program that prescribes thc to children? Texans deserve to know who owns these companies.
