It’s been reported that the U.S. Hemp Roundtable is trying to carve out an exception for low milligram beverages in the federal hemp ban. We’ve seen similar things from beverage manufacturers in Texas, who also tried to cut a similar deal in the midst of SB3 this past year.

The fact that the Lt Gov @DanPatrick would not compromise with an age gate bill and would only be willing to pass a full ban should trigger a state or federal investigation into his corruption. This makes it obvious...
