Has anyone had any success in getting the NHS to take mental health seriously? If you're given symptom's aren't their buzzwords of suicidal or depression, it's immediately thrown back at you as being unable to accept referrals. 🙃

I'm wondering if there's a demand for hiring toddlers for the day...💡 The idea being, you hire, they leave your house looking ransacked, you call into work claiming to have had your house broken into and get yourself a cheeky wee day off work.

I'm unsure if any of my followers are much into running, but I'm looking for personal recs for trail running? My only option for runs throughout most of the year is on our surrounding tracks at night, thus really uneven and I'd really like to give my ankles the best chance. 🙏
