Not sure about Bihar, But Have seen UP Tourism Ads in Bangkok, Dubai & some European Airports. They cover Taj, Ganga Ghats of Varanasi, Kumbh Mela, Buddhist Circuit, Lucknow, Braj, Ayodhya and Agra Taj.
Buddhist Circuit UP & Bihar tourism should create a campaign like AMFI’s “Mutual Fund Sahi Hai”, but for Buddhist tourism. Collect funds from Hotels that benefit from it and run ads across Southeast Asian countries.

Can't wait enough for the upcoming Ayodhya - Varanasi super expressway corridor which will have an interchange at Purvanchal Expressway. It's going to make the journey even more convenient & reduce the travel time from LKO to Varanasi to 3.5 hrs & Ayodhya to Varanasi to 2 hrs.
