At the airport. An Irish guy next to be just called his Mum asking whether to buy a bottle of whisky for his Dad. She said no and asked him to look for a bottle of Buckfast instead because it’s made by Benedictine monks and it’s good for you 💀

🇩🇪 It is hard to overestimate how much Putin’s attack on Ukraine changed Germany. Less than a week ago Nord Stream 2 was still alive, delivering lethal weapons to Ukraine taboo & cutting Russia out of Swift out of the question. Putin’s invasion changed Germany. Zeitenwende.
