A lot of bad things have hapened under Trump. Aside from the ICE stuff, this is among the worst and most consequential IMO. A serious attack on free speech.
Trump's lawsuit against CBS was a scam and a farce. CBS would certainly have won if allowed to defend it. But CBS's corporate owner yielded to Trump extortion. My latest in @theatlantic
