24 hours is a lot lot of time if you stop wasting it and aim fucking higher. 9h of work, read 50 pages, hit gym, 100g protein, 2300cal, 4L water, 2 cold showers, meditated, journaled, scrolled twt, family time. 6-10am 4h deep work. 10-11am cold shower, read, breakfast, clean
