The interesting thing abt taking an #intergenerational approach is recognising how many issues fit within. The experiences our children have in their early years, the connection to nature and to those who support and mentor them. Essential time spent focused on relationships.

One of the aspects of IG work is recognising impact of decisions on generations. Learning from mistakes and exploring social and cultural history helps us do better.

There is nothing fluffy abt #intergenerational work; quite the opposite. It's also why developing good practice matters, to ensure everyone has the max benefit from engaging. W.H.O. have already identified #intergenerational interventions to be 1 of 3 actions to tackle ageism.
This is why intergenerational work is so important. It reduces isolation and loneliness and improves physical health and wellbeing. @GenerationsWT.
