FSD v14 hurry mode looks perfect for Melbourne Australia where traffic is aggressive.
First FSD v14 highway drive done! This took me from Westwood to Santa Monica via the 405 and 10 freeways. Hurry mode was dope, super quick and smooth- perfect speed control. Car parked perfectly at the supercharger with zero interventions from my driveway to charging spot.

I'm torn about this Tesla FSD Supervised Down Under behaviour. I came across this roundabout quickly followed by a left T intersection. Even though the Victorian road rules suggest indicate left on exit, almost nobody does it. Thus when FSD indicated left on exit, driver 2

An example where turning really slowly into a street from a high speed road creates unnecessary rear-end collision risk. I know technically it's the other driver's fault for being too close, but I'd rather avoid an accident than being technically not at fault.

Not sure if this is actually technically allowed in Victoria road rules, enter a roundabout from a single lane road but exiting onto a multi-lane road on the left lane. cc @ryanjaycowan @CARN0N @techAU not sure if you've seen this behaviour

Had some trouble with a flashing pedestrian crossing light, it seems to misread as a red light and wanted to stop when there was no pedestrians. Had to manually accelerate.

Handled a weird left turn that's actually a merge right flawlessly.

Second drive of @TeslaAUNZ FSD Supervised Down Under. Overall pretty good. Caught some interesting scenarios and edge cases. Nice human-like manoeuvre moving into the parking lane to avoid being blocked by right turning vehicle.

To clarify my “slow” comment, I don’t mean cruising speed. Speeding is strictly enforced in Australia so FSD doing the speed limit is fine. The slowness that’s concerning is for turns in and out of traffic which creates risk if it isn’t consistent with human drivers. For

First drive with FSD Supervised Down Under. Honest opinion, it's too slow for my liking, and probably annoying to other drivers. I think the speed can be fixed with "hurry" FSD speed profile like the US has. This feels like chill.

When my Zigbee router dies, it takes out half my smart home 😭 It looks like @smlight_tech SLZB-06 got a burnt module. Thankfully they’ll replace for free under warranty.

I have a feeling @TeslaAUNZ is not going to release FSD to general public in Australia until v14.
