That's a wrap for half term 1, welcoming our new y7 cohort as well as new starters across all yr groups, numerous sporting fixtures, a workshop with a published author, a theatre performance, fundraising week, frightening food,a busy open evening and an inspiring careers fair💡.

The newly formed U16 netball team consisting of y9-11 played WBHS and St Thomas More last night, showing enthusiasm and commitment in abundance. The girls played with real spirit & supported each other. The results didn’t go our way their learning experience was invaluable ⭐

Powerful learning in Y7 today! 👏 Students watched a brilliant theatre performance about teenage life & the challenges of alcohol, followed by an interactive workshop about social pressure, the impact of drinking, and most importantly, making positive choices and seeking help.

Congratulations to Rowan, yr7 guessing the correct name of our enormous bunny - Ophelia 🐰🥕 and Logan, yr9 who guessed 504 sweets in the jar 🍬 The games, along with the sponsored run and bake sale, helped to raise over £250 for @showracismtheredcard last week 🟥 #kindness #LHS
