I recommend reading his pamphlet "Who am I", it reads in less than an hour and is a free download here I have read it 10X and will read it again and again.

The countries that view AI as an opportunity will outcompete countries that view AI as a threat. National mindset determines national outcomes. Optimism about technology creates more wealth than pessimism protects.
