every reds fan on the planet knew not to pitch zack littell more than 3 innings. so what does tito do? throw him longer than he should've and now the dodgers lead. the reds won 83 games IN SPITE of francona, not because of him. don't forget it.

if you work in collegiate athletics and the athletes aren't your biggest priority, it's time to find a different career. in my opinion, there's truly nothing more rewarding than seeing the athletes blossom both on and off the court.

NAME PRONUNCIATIONS MATTER you have no idea how much it means to athletes to hear their name pronounced correctly. it's such a simple step that many overlook.
Let me give some advice to young aspiring Play by Play announcers or PA announcers. Read the game notes or get to the game early enough to ask someone the proper way to say someone’s name. Every game you call is an audition and while you don’t think it matters if you correctly
