Already with solid fertility at .22 WR and .35 YWR they’re sure to go higher once their data gets submitted. Their progeny will be exciting.

Noticed these sisters while handling our ewe lambs scanned twins. By Lambpro 8845, they’re two of our highest ranked animals, both scanned twins to our super sire Lochs 38 (muscle, type, shedding, doing ability). 1/2

Phenotypes like 240308 are exactly what we’re aiming for… good depth, width, shape and cover (no surprise at 3.26 PEMD and .88 PFAT), with feet and structure that’ll handle any condition thrown at them, and elite shedding. 95 rams along with 1000 commercial ewes sell Nov 6.

RT @pasturewise: Well, that point has been reached. Nil autumn break means no late winter feed for lambing so these girls will have to go.….

Yesterday we completed our 2025 AI Program. Without a doubt the most exciting yet. The average of the semen going in was-.9.7 WWT.15 PWT.2.1 PEMD. 1 PFAT.-69 PWEC. 31 WR. 55 YWR.175 MCP+.Hard not to get excited in shedders with these numbers coming through.

3/3 Murray Johns Composite x Nudie lambs at Bellbrae (pic 4) were also looking solid in what has been an incredibly tough season, commenting on how care free the lambing was.

2/3 The Highlander x Nudie lambs looked brilliant… and had marked 195% to ewes joined 😳. Also got a look at Lochs T22 (pic 3), a cracking meaty bull doing the job over some heifers.

1/3 The best part of ram deliveries is getting a look at how the genetics are performing for clients. Yesterday I got to see Gav and Sarah Brien’s lambs at Ardmohr Farms (pics 1 & 2).

Rams out for delivery. Look forward to seeing how much wool these boys rip off the composite operation they’re heading for. 90% of our rams sold this year have gone into composite flocks, it’s all about simplifying prime lamb systems. Workload ⬇️.Cost of production ⬇️.Profits ⬆️

A massive thank you to all that supported our sale yesterday! We’re so excited for what these genetics can do for the purchasers… they’re built for reducing workload, simplifying prime lamb systems and increasing profits.
