I am so excited on the potential of this mobile app allowing BSL users (like myself) to book BSL/English interpreters with speed, ease and equity – putting the control in our hands.

Your cancellation options and customer services are so inaccessible that we've paid for 3 months more than we wanted. Cancel my contract please @Virgin - I've given you notice in writing; please email me to confirm cancellation; and consider some Deaf Awareness training!

Appalling service from @virginmedia . As a registered charity for the deaf looking to change providers . Trying to cancel since JAN no response from online form. In emailing we (A Deaf Centre, I'll remind you!) been told we must PHONE to arrange cancellation.
