Utterly woeful service from my GP. Attended A&E 10 days ago, hospital started me on medication. Can't pre book appointments at GP, called at opening time. Caller 28. No appointments by the time I'm answered. Told to try tomorrow. I'm about to run out of tablets. So stressful 😢.

So, blood pressure medication sucks. Well at least for now, until I get used to it! No energy, a little bit dizzy, a little bit icky. No heart meds just yet. Just took a 45 minute walk around the village. First walk further than bed and back since Thursday. Baby steps.

Happy to report being out of hospital now. No underlying reason for the sudden and dangerously elevated heart rate and blood pressure. Rest and medication. More tests to follow once I'm stable

So, the conclusion is. Is better sleep worth all the side effects? Hell no! Last 2 days laying down as the world is spinning. I LOVE my big boobs, 34B to 36DD but I can stand up without my head spinning. #realwomenproblems.

6 weeks on HRT: pros big boobs, really big boobs lol. Sleep better. Cons: palpitations, chest pains, constipation, diarrhea , rapid heart rate, dry throat, tingling in my hands, feet and face, dizziness, fainting, back pain, raised blood pressure, blocked nose, anxiety. thread.

1 month on HRT patches. Gone from a 34B to a 36D 😱 not complaining 🍒.
