Even as @airindia attempts to discredit my recent concerns in regards to a full refund for a flight I had to cancel due to a medical emergency after submitting a medical waiver - I think the airline has proven over and over again its overall deficiencies in customer service.

You must alert @airindia with your case number also - if enough of us raise a rallying cry the airline must listen.
