I travel monthly to Tallinn so I'll use another one world carrier. I'll also choose another carrier to Honk Kong next week! I'm expecting a refund of the €60!! I might add I was also asked if I wanted to take the 3 kgs out and carry it in my hand luggage as a platinum flyer

Never in the 10 years of flying have I ever had this issue and never with Finnair been treated so poorly! Utterly disgusting. I've referred so many people to Finnair - never again and never again to Tallinn - the rudest most belligerent staff ever.

Claiming that it was impossible for the airline to carry it - despite the same suitcase being checked in by Finnair in London!!! Apparently it was OK to have 3 suitcases but not 1 !!!!! It was Ok to charge €60 !!

Travelling with my husband from Tallinn to London with a luggage entitlement of 3 suitcases weighing 69Kg. Together we had 1 single suitcase of 25.9Kg and the incredibly rude lady insisted on charging me €60 in excess baggage!!!
