It was great opportunity to complete the Flourishing Wellbeing Programme at the Facility of Nursing and Midwifery, RCSI. It was lovely to be able to attend the certificate ceremony. I would really recommend the 12 week on line course aim at Healthcare workers . @RCSI_FacNurMid

Worthwhile to read the Irish Critical Care Nursing Workforce Retention study. Concerning that 58% of the participants within the study of Irish Critical Care Nurses are planning to leave their current role. Retention of critical care nurses is vital to ensure patient safety.

💫The wonderful Pop. the ICU Pet Therapy Dog. Not only won the Therapy/Guide Dog category. He also won the overall winner of Golden Paw Hero Dog Awards 2025. The ceremony was held today by the Irish Kennel Club. Well deserved to recognise his work🏆 @TUH_Tallaght @ainemlynch11
