Ran at gooddells pr’ed by 12 seconds 23:35 to 23:23, I definitely could’ve ended the season on a better note. I think if i wasn’t injured and could kick a little harder the last mile I could’ve went sub 23. I ran all races this season which is an achievement in itself.

On tuesday, first time ever running an open 400m got a 1:11, my split for the 4x400 was also a 1:11, talk about consistency. Coach had me run this as a bit of a workout since my shins have been bothering me. First 4x400 this season also!.

On Wednesday I didn’t race as good as I wanted. But Yesterday at Romeo’s Barnyard Distance invitational I pr’ed with 2:42.13, my pr before this race was 2:50.04. Finally broke sub 2:50. I was able to break my pr by 8 seconds and get third in my heat. I’ve got something to prove.

Yesterdays meet was a tri meet! I ran the 4x800 and 800! I ran a split of 2:55 and in the open I ran a 2:50.04. I’m PRing and getting better. My injury has def calmed down to where I can race and not be in the pain like I used to be in. Great season ahead of me.

First meet of the 2024 track season and I did better than I was expecting, I’ve been injured throughout last track season and also last cross country season. I wasn’t feeling my best and wasn’t confident but i went from a 2:56 to a 2:52, not satisfied more work needs to be done

I guess you could say I had a good race, great view, amazing weather, fast course, flat course, and pr’ed. First race of the season I ran a PR of 25:35, the rest of the season was 26-27 due to injury. I was doubtful but I pr’ed today with a 25:28.
