So happy to have been fit enough to go with Peter to the Donkey Sanctuary where he was working in his roll as their Ambassador. Such an uplifting place to visit.

We live next to a wood and feed the wild owls every night. This is a tawny sitting and waiting patiently on our weathervane. The weathervane is a vet with a vets bag in his hand and he is about to do a procedure on the cow!

Great day today! Wrist cast removed, 3 pins in my wrist removed (yes it did hurt a bit) I can now start gently using my wrist again. As for my ankle, I can now weight bare but gently for a couple of weeks and then try walking on the boot. Thanks for all your good wishes.
