Kian digs into all this while giving a sneak peek on the questions that could shape the AI workforce - like might it one be unethical for a human to judge another human’s skills?

This means leaders can pretend to have skills they don’t actually have, and that behavior cascades down an organization. Also: highly confident leaders might not maximize the opportunity to adopt AI or develop new mindsets or behaviors, holding back the team.

Why is this? People are extremely unaware of their own skillsets, he told me on a recent interview for #MeetTheLeader. “People have a tendency to overestimate their skills by a significant margin or underestimate their skills.”
