I shared this photo earlier because I was so proud of my effort at the @LondonMarathon but then someone commented that “you look like a sick, ugly man”. In that moment I felt so defeated so deleted it. But now no. I am not letting the negativity of others win. I ❤️ this photo.

Back home for a few days running on my usual routes and goodness was it so good for my soul. The peace, the calm, the quiet - it really feels like home being out there. I love ruining.

Spread love and kindness wherever you go - you can change someone’s day or even life. You never know what someone is going through. ❤️.

Everytime I fly through Chicago I get anxious & think of the horrible encounter with the woman in the bathroom before the marathon - one of the worst moments of my life. Today while in line for 🍿 the man behind me was so kind & paid for my popcorn. This meant so much to me 🥹😭

10/10 recommend a trip to @DisneylandParis to feel like a kid again & enjoy the magic 🪄 💫

Also a big s/o to @brooksrunning - I wore the Glycerins for the entire race and had no feet problems! This was such an important aspect and a big ‘win’. 👏🏻.

If there is something that excited and maybe scares you a little never be afraid to go after it. My favorite races have been those that have brought challenges but made me better & stronger. Thank you 6 Days in the Dome. 340 miles & I am so grateful.

Day 4 at 6 Days in the Dome! .We’ve been moving for almost 100 hours and *only* have 48 hours left! What.a.feeling 💃🏼.

Day 3 or 72/144 hours into 6 Days in the Dome 👟. When it gets hard and I tell Mahler “keep going - you’re going to feel so proud when you finish and it’s done”.

Day 2 at 6 Days in the Dome! I love recapping this race. I can still vividly remember all the moments. Even in the hard stretches this race is so incredible and such a gift.

I am starting to put together my 6 Days in the Dome daily recaps via IG. Crazy to think 1 week ago I was just finishing this race. It’s true the pain fades, but the memories last a lifetime. I am still feeling so grateful. 🙏🏻👟.
