We found it after our newly installed ATT fiber 500G system failed and surprisingly it was due to limited users of ATT fiber therefore the issue in the router was not reported by others.

It is interesting to know that we are the first three-hundreds user within our community given that ATT Fiber's high performance at 500G or 1T. The ATT wifi 2.4 GHz's antenna is not as powerful as Comcast.
