That is not to say that both Caroline Polachek and twigs weren’t already masters when they arrived. Chairlift was amazing and twigs’ first two EPs and LP1 are my favourite things she’s done

The concept of becoming more of a master of your craft with age should not be an alien thing to consider. Of all of the music industry’s evils, I feel we’re in a much better place with regards to ageism than we were 20 years ago.
