Passives: he heals sp when the target has some bleed, and some extra if it has other negative effects too. If he's at max SP he gains offense level up instead. His bench passive does the SP thing to the ally with the least SP

Design: his design itself is kinda whatever, he has kinda cool animations. His UT art however is extremely good, love both of them, and love the drastically different personality for him too.
