Almost time for the @abbyairshow again, so I thought I’d post my award-winning photo from the 2015 show. It’s all about living on your past glories. @ Abbotsford International Airshow

Let’s start with yesterday morning. It began aboard @BCFerries on the way to the Sunshine Coast. At 8am it was as warm on the deck of the ferry as I can ever remember at any time. I’ve included a breakfast shot because, why not?

Over the next bit I’ll be posting some catch-up photos cia Instagram from my annual Ken’s Birthday Road Trip Adventure, which began yesterday. This year it’s the Sunshine Coast.

Steveston, BC. One of my favourite local spots, and home to the historic @gogcannery, once the centre of the Canadian salmon industry. Fishing boats still dominate the harbour today.

Currently sitting in an armchair reading. The view isn’t bad, thanks to a weekend away in downtown Vancouver hotel, arranged by my wife @scatteredgraces for our 19th anniversary. That forested point across the water is a small part of Stanley Park, which we biked around yesterday
