Not saying everyone will grow out of it, but I did. Now I enjoy the freedom of being able to navigate it properly when dosing, but able to unplug at any time for any length of time. Hopefully a lot of these annoying teenagers will grow out of it too.

My defense against this was being hooked for such a large portion of my life, some immunity was developed. Now I can safely enjoy 4 hours of scrolling a few times a week without feeling the need to do it every day. And I definitely don't feel compelled to post my every thought.
