One of my irrational fears is getting lost in the woods and law enforcement decides to look at my search history & release it to the press. They find things like, “how to boil an egg,” “12x7,” and “what does it mean if my dog poops yellow?”.

IEEE set up an SSO access point for us without consent/request. Is this normal? This is the first time a vendor has done this on our behalf. Typically, we would either request it or set it up ourselves but we don't use this method at present. Just curious if this is normal.

I've looked at close to 30 diff variations of tech support follow up emails from industry. Each time i try to edit for the library, I end up being too passive, overusing the world please, and being overly nice. When really, I just want to say, "Hey - did I fix that ish or what?".
