Really happy with the progress I've made on an estate agency website that I started building today with @tailwindcss . Just building the HTML/Tailwind before I start integrating it with WordPress.

I've taken some time away from #buildinpublic and not worked on my side project for the past week. Instead, I've spent some time working on my front-end skills. Quite pleased with the way this side nav animates.

I've failed! I've done 30 mins of work today. just tweaking the copy on my landing page. What do you think of the headline? . "The easiest way to collect content and files from your clients". #buildinpublic.
I'm taking a break from #buildinpublic this weekend. Had a terrible headache all day and I'm looking forward to some time away from the screen. Have a great weekend all!.

If you're thinking about adding "teams" to your SaaS product, plan ahead! . It's a real pain to add it retrospectively, you got to:. - Create accounts.- Associate users and other models to accounts.- Invites.- Switch accounts.- Roles & Permissions. #buildinpublic.

Went shoe shopping with my eldest son today as he starts school in 2 weeks. I know everyone says it, but it's crazy how fast they grow π. Fortunately, from September I'll be working fewer hours so I can pick him up from school, do homework and have some 1:1 time. I can't wait!.

When you sign up, you start on a free 14 day trial of the 'Unlimited' plan. After the 14 days, you can either upgrade or revert to the Free plan. It should give you more time to fit CollectContent within your process for running a project and communicating with clients.

Another wild Friday night! . I've just switched CollectContent over to a freemium model. I realised 14 days wasn't enough time to implement a new process for a freelancer or agency. Now you have unlimited time to use 1 active project. #buildinpublic.

Demo fail! Internet died (it's been fine all day), rebooted everything Zoom decides to install an update. π΅. Luckily they stayed on and we had a good chat. They seemed to like the service, but we'll have to see if they sign up. #buildinpublic #failinpublic.
My first cold outreach to someone on LinkedIn has kinda worked - got a demo booked in! π. Any tips for running a good demo?. #buildinpublic.

Created a new 'sitemap mode' so you can visualise your page structure. I'm a visual person, so I find this easier to navigate than a list of pages. #buildinpublic

Just published my first 2 blog posts using Superblog by @_skris . I was really really impressed with how fast it was to get a blog running on my domain. Which meant more time for writing π€. Great work @_skris !. #buildinpublic.

This is why I'm building CollectContent. I decided to write a blog post in Google Docs. I've now pasted it into WordPress - why are there so many extra linebreaks!?. So frustrating. Imagine dealing with that every day and needing to clean up content. #buildinpublic #wordpress

I've updated the pricing page to include a 'Launch price' badge. I plan on increasing the prices or adding other tiers as I create more valuable features. Not sure if I need to push the discount more?. How did you position your initial price?. #buildinpublic #SaaS
