In recovery from spinal surgery (ALIF) over the past week and completely bed bound. I got the most generous and stunning gift from one of the most thoughtful people and teams I know. Thank you @andypiper and @TwitterDev. This is going to make the next few weeks so much better :)

Please remember we are not 'working from home' - but rather 'being forced to be at home and trying to maintain a job'. a very different situation which means you're allowed to be discombobulated. all the blogs about 'being productive when wfh' just need to shush for a while.

Inspired to see the CEO of Match and CEO of Bumble (both of which women), who both said on stage at @FortuneMPW that they have a very close relationship despite competing fiercely in the marketplace. This kind of maturity is why we need more women in leadership.
