It is with heavy hearts that we share Dr. Rob Carnochan, former Director of LHB from 2002 - 2015, passed away this morning. We will keep Dr. Carnochan and his family in our hearts as we gather this weekend to celebrate LHB's history, of which his 13 yrs were an integral part.
