Israel forces are now stationed in Qatana 11 KM from the Mazi Military Airport on the outskirts of Damascus.
An Israeli paratrooper operation has taken place in Jandal Palace in the Hermon Mountains (Jabal al sheikh) south of Damascus. This was accompanied by military vehicles and heavy weaponry. The Israelis are now 10-20 KM from Damascus from 3 different axis.
