Genshin’s first anniversary flopped but at least hoyoverse learned from that mistake. They’ve been doing better and better (imo). Most importantly, they listened to players’ feedback and fixed the issues.

im a give-and-take person- if the company is willing to give generous rewards, then im willing to spend on the game. I personally think hoyoverse is very generous, e.g., HSR & ZZZ. They give us plenty of events to farm diamonds to the point I don’t even have to be a heavy spender.
