I love AA. I responded to my 4th call for medical help on an airplane last week. Previous 3x only thanks from flight attendants. This time one of the pilots came back to thank me & handed me 2 bottles of wine. 2 days later AA emailed me saying thank you & gave me 25,000 air miles

I guess it's good he's at least making this apology. Does he have a plan to make sure such high CO2 emissions don't happen again next year?

Surprised they were able to get any passenger off the ground. The last 5 AA flights I've booked have been significantly delayed or canceled. Worst airline in the US imo.

Another great stat on traffic levels for airports. They should engage with us to improve their post flight cancelation customer experience.
