Iyoo, cancelling a Telkom contract is an ordeal. I held on for over 30 minutes before a consultant could talk to me. She cancelled the first contract. I held on again for her to cancel the second. The call then ended. I'd spent 43 minutes 38 seconds on the line. 😲 😲 😠 😠.
