Ce phénomène est le reflet de la mauvaise éducation ambiante a Kinshasa. Le sens du service client est inexistant a Kin. Allez dans un restaurant, souscrivez a un service Internet, etc. Celui qui offre un service a Kin se prend souvent comme le patron.
